Overlooking the Jurong River and its surroundings, two high-rise, purpose-built buildings will be ready for occupation this coming August, another milestone for the MES Group.

Having built not one but two of the highest foreign workers' dormitories in Singapore, it comes with the most modern design that is the result of more than 15 years of developing and managing housing facilities for foreign workers. It is located in the Penjuru catchment area, easily accessible by expressways and near Manufacturing, Marine & Process industries.

The new dormitory units come complete with bedroom, living room, kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities, housing 18 workers comfortably. Cable television, beds and lockers are included.

Amenities include bicycle racks, exercise stations, ATMs, convenience stores, canteen and catering services.
